Vision and Mission
- The Vision: A borderless, practitioner-led global ecosystem where Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) professionals share knowledge, foster innovation, and advance global workforce skills without institutional barriers.
- The Mission: To connect TVET practitioners, trainers, curriculum developers, assessors, and managers, providing a decentralized hub for real-time resource sharing, career mobility, and capacity building.
Core Operational Values
- Practitioner-First: Priority is given to practical, on-the-ground TVET application (such as CBT&A methodologies and green skills integration) over high-level bureaucratic theory.
- Radically Open: Membership is permanently free and voluntary. Knowledge is open-source.
- Time-Zone Agnostic: Operations prioritize asynchronous communication to ensure global equity. No member is required to attend mandatory synchronous meetings outside their standard working hours.
- Micro-Volunteering: Leadership roles are scoped to specific, low-friction tasks to prevent volunteer burnout and ensure sustainable network growth.
- Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion: The network actively champions a culture of diversity and inclusivity to align operations with broader global development priorities, ensuring equal voice and representation across all regions.
