The T-BETA Framework, A Paradigm Shift in Teacher Behavioral Enhancement within TVET Ecosystems

The T-BETA Framework, A Paradigm Shift in Teacher Behavioral Enhancement within TVET Ecosystems
The evolution of Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) has historically prioritized the transfer of technical competencies, often marginalizing the psychological and behavioral architecture of the instructor. This paper introduces the Teacher Behavioral Enhancement & Transformation Approach (T-BETA), a comprehensive framework designed to systematically engineer instructor behavior through the integration of behavioral psychology, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), and competency-based assessment. By quantifying behavioral impact and establishing a recursive loop of state management and reflective practice, T-BETA offers a rigorous methodology for mitigating cognitive load and optimizing pedagogical intent. Furthermore, this research explores the integration of T-BETA with advanced instructional paradigms, specifically the GEAR Learning Model and the AIPE Model, proposing a scalable solution for institutional deployment.
